I used this to track my temps this past month, my second month TTC. I tested vaginally at 8:00 a.m. and got very consistent results. The temperature shifts were easy to detect--yes, a tenth of a degree is better than a hundredth--and I was able to confirm ovulation easily (I used ovulation strips to detect my surge a few days earlier). I'm pregnant now, so I have no complaints.
Vaginal temping takes a bit of practice, as sometimes you can't hear the beeps well, and you might have to reposition the thermometer to get an accurate temp, but it's easy to pick up and worked better for me since I'm a mouth breather and have inconsistent oral temps.

I really like this thermometer. I take my temp very early in the morning and the beep every few seconds keeps me from falling back asleep. It also has a steady beeping when it's finished and it lights up which makes it easy to see the temperature in the dark. It stores the last temperature so you can record it whenever you have time and not right away. I have not had any problems with this thermometer and I would highly recommend it has a lot of other BBT do not have a backlight and do not store the last temperature
