I looked at several different products to help with my tennis elbow and the BandIT Forearm Band works wonders. It is easy to put on and take off and I felt it working the first time I used it playing racquetball. I've used this product for 13 years. I tried it after having tried several other styles of elbow braces. This one works the best of the ones I've tried because of more uniform pressure around the arm. I started using it because of carpal tunnel problems that were radiating up my arm. My physical therapist recommended this product to me for my tennis elbow, and I've worn it for several days now. It's very comfortable, does not act as a tourniquet or otherwise cut off blood supply--even if you have large arms--and you really forget you're wearing it. More importantly, you forget the pain that you've been feeling, because it eases it considerably. I'm still not 100% sure how the thing works, but it does.Product Review: Great forearm band

It is the one my orthopedic surgeon recommends, though I did not know that when I purchased it. Not too big, and not too soft, it worked very well and my elbow is now better.
