I found this helpful for playing tennis. After using the BandIt the pain started decreasing within a day. I found that if I wear this when I play tennis, Most of the pain doesnt come on. I am sure it doesnt cure anything but I think it helps keep the tendons from iritating each other or perhaps the muscles or cartilige around them. I think it is worth a try for you if you are a tennis player and are having pain in your forearm when you play or shortly after playing.Product Review: Band It Elbow Support

A friend told me about this product and it does work as described. I have developed tendonitis in my right arm, and could no longer bowl, golf, or play tennis without excruciating pain. Now I can wear Band-It and feel no discomfort or very very minimal discomfort during or after playing golf or tennis. I haven't yet tried it with bowling. I also use it when I'm working long hours on the computer and it prevents fatigue.
