I've had tennis elbow for over a year. Symptoms would wax and wane but never go away. The problem was work related and there was no way I could change the work that I do. The Band-it allowed me to work with much less pain and now, after using it faithfully for about four months, the symptoms have subsided to the point where I think it is gone for good.
