Wow- this is a great product. I have had pretty serious tendonitis in my elbow (golfers elbow) for about three months. So bad I could hardly move my arm. I tried a compression sleeve but all that did was cut off my circulation and make me more uncomfortable. The instant I put this arm band on, 90 percent of my pain was gone and I was able to move my arm through a full range of motion. I have been wearing the band only for three days now and still do have some pain. But it is greatly improved. I highly recommend this to anyone with tendonitis.
