I walk several miles a day and have developed blisters on the inside of both heels. I tried these bandages and they wouldn't even stay on through one walk. They shifted and then stuck to my sock, so that when I took it off the bandage was pulled away. For the money, I certainly expected it to at least last through the day let alone a single walk. My money is much better spent on a big box of regular bandages and some first aid tape to hold them in place.Product Review: the best for blisters and delicate skin

bought this box for my mom, and ended up with some of these for me too!
they are perfect healers for blisters and for those bruises where you don't want to irritate skin changing the bandage everyday, giving time for it to heal protected and medicated.
