I have been troubled by fever blisters since I was four years old. I have tried everything available and the only one that worked was Banadyne. As soon as I felt the tingle I would apply it and re-apply it for a couple of days. The sore would not develop and the product didn't dry out the rest of my lips causing more blisters. Some how I lost my last tube and haven't been able to find it anywhere. This week I broke out in a massive attack of fever blisters. I tried the two products I had in the house, one of them caused my entire upper lip to dry out and peel. The other one did ease the itch but didn't stop the blistering. I looked on Amazon to see if there was anything else I could try and much to my relif there was Banadyne. Why stores don't carry it, remains a mystery. I am buying the whole family their own tube. It works and it costs less than any other product.
