I thought when you tore open these convenient little packets there would be a little cloth inside soaked with the Balneol that you could soothe yourself with, but there's no cloth. It's just a dab of cream inside the packet. You have to have scissors to open it, then figure out how to squeeze that tiny amount of cream out of the packet onto your own cloth or toilet paper with one hand. You don't get enough. It squirts on the wall. Who has scissors in the bathroom? So much is wasted still in the packet. Why couldn't they make this like TUCKS!!!!!! I like the cream but not this wasteful delivery method.
