This is the absolute best diaper rash ointment I've ever found! The zinc oxide creams only protect from moisture, but the clear ones, like this, help clear up the rash. A layer of this on the skin, then a layer of the zinc oxide cream on top for protection, overnight while baby is sleeping, cures even the worst rash!Product Review: Wonderful for sensative skin
