I used to use Bally's B-Fit shake mix until they discontinued it and released this in its place. It's pretty close to the same thing. I mix mine with soy milk for extra protein. It makes a good, thick, filling shake. Mixing it with water just doesn't work - very unappealing. The taste is pretty good. It's an A+ compared to a lot of protein/meal replacement shakes. Plus you can add fruit or whatever to change it up a little. There are 14 servings per can.
BOTTOM LINE...I get a good, thick shake with 25+ grams of protein & light carbs for about 200 calories. It's a useful way to lose a few pounds and/or to add some extra protein to your diet for strength training or simply better nutrition.
I definitely recommend it. And get it through Amazon. It costs about $14 at the gym for 1 canister and here you can get 2 canisters for about $21. Plus you save 15% more if you sign up for the automatic delivery Amazon offers. That means you're basically getting 2 canisters for the price of 1!
