Product Review: Possibly helpful cushion

I was hoping the wedge shaped seat would help me sit more upright rather than pitched forward toward the computer screen (this has been causing neck and upper back strain). I tried reversing the wedge so the narrow end was at the back of the chair, but that pressed into my hamstrings, cutting off feeling. My physical therapist recommended it, so I'll keep trying, letting a little air out each day, looking for the perfect fit. I've had this for about a month now and I can't say I love it. But then again, I'm still no sure.
