Customer Review: Good overall energy bar
Summary: 4 Stars
I've tried all three flavors of Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon, and Fruit/Nut. None are particularly better than the others.
Pros:
> Overall nutritional value is good
> Not heavy nor terribly light (I've been able to eat a bar and go running immediately afterwards.)
> High protein for an energy bar (15g). Can be used as a protein bar
Cons:
> A little dryness in comparison to other protein/energy bars, but not much drier
