I had purchased this as a "last-ditch" effort to help calm my fussy, irritable newborn. Mylicon drops didn't seem to help, nor tylenol nor any of the teething meds when she actually did start teething. I didn't expect it to work so quickly or so well. What a wonder! Highly recommended as a "First choice" remedy as it makes the others we had tried obsolete. And at 6 mos, she still does love the taste.
