2 scoops of True Mass is my post workout meal of choice. And I'll often have it before a workout and sometimes with milk as a convenient breakfast.
The macronutrient profile is probably the best feature - plenty of protein and a good mix of complex and simple carbs that doesn't leave me with the dreaded blood sugar drop 2 hours later that I always get with the meal replacement bars. On top of that it has an outstanding taste, mixes with very little water, and is relatively inexpensive.
I haven't tried other mass gainers in years so I can't compare it to anything else but I also don't have any desire to switch and experiment.
