This is probably one of the best protein supplements I have ever tasted. I don't take it so much for weight training but use it as a replacement for breakfast. I've found it lasts for a good portion of the morning and it has helped me to lose some weight since I don't end up eating a ton of carbs and sugar for breakfast.
