Got the chocolate flavor for 20 dollars during a promotion. I'm a mild consumer of protein powder, but it helps with working out and meal replacements. Syntha-6 definitely mixes much better (no clumps) and tastes better than the other powders I've tried before. It's pretty comparable with muscle milk and definitely beats the nitro-core that I bought. The powder is fine and smooth which helps it dissolve faster. As my friend recommended, I normally mix it with water, and the taste is pretty good.Product Review: Contains Sucralose

After all the good reviews I was expecting alot, but was let down. I tried this before I read the label (silly me) and didn't realize it contained Sucralose(splenda). I don't eat artificial sweetners and this product(one half scoop) caused a massive migraine. I found it a little deceiving that the description says it has no Aspartame, when it does include other artificial sweetners. If this isnt a concern for you the flavor (Chocolate Milkshake) was good, but it was fairly clumpy. I returned this to amazon, which, as always, was a fast and easy process.Product Review: Delicious

Syntha 6 is the most delicious whey protein powder I have ever had. It seriously tastes like a chocolate milk shake. Just don't put in too much water or else the shake will get diluted or too little water and it will make it too thick. Just a reminder, this is a sustained release protein and it does have a lot of calories and fat. It is meant for a meal replacement, but can also function as an after workout shake.Product Review: Delicious Protein powder!

I started P90X a few weeks ago and part of the program is a stringent diet. I started replacing my cereal and Instant breakfast every morning with a protein shake, and after reading all the online reviews, this one seemed to be the best. Well, the reviews didn't lie! This powder tastes delicious, and although I question some of the other content in it (carbs/sugars), it keeps me full for longer than I expected. I've experienced 4 or so whey proteins, this one probably mixes the worst out of all of them. It however does tastes good and gets the job done for protein...and it was cheap. I would recommended ON Whey over this stuff though. I give it 3 stars due to its poor mixing abilities, solid price, and good taste
