I had lap band surgery back in 2009 and since I don't eat much need to add protien to my diet. I have tried what seems like EVERY protien drink on the market and they are all pretty bad tasting. I read the good reviews for Syntha 6 and thought I would give it a chance. These drinks are great.
1) They taste great
2) you dont have to drink it with but 5 to 6 ouces of water as opposed to the other kinds (ie WEIGHT AND INCHES) which require much more
3) 22 grams of protien per drink.
4) Checked with my weight loss surgeon and he approved this drink for me and will reccomend to his other patiets.
This drink ends my search for a protien shake that I can enjoy drinking...in fact I love this shake so much I sometimes CHOOSE the shake over eating.
