After reading some of the reviews on NO Xplode, i knew i had to try it, and wow im glad i did. On the first day of use, i noticed A LOT more energy working out with only 1 scoop. It definitely gave me a ton of energy and that is why i am happy. I dont know if it does the other things it is said to do but that more important thing to me is the energy it gave me. The only down side is a little bit of dizziness and a little bit of stomach cramps AFTER working out,but it is worth it for the amount of energy you receive from this. I recommend that you try it if you need more energy when you workout. NOTE: i didnt have dizziness at all during workout or stomach. It wasnt until afterwards that i had these side effects.
