It definitely gives you a bit of energy because of the caffeine content, but the fat burning qualities are negligible. With all other factors being controlled for, I added Atro Phex to my daily vitamin stack and did not experience any additional body composition changes. I really enjoy BSN's products like NO Xplode and Syntha 6, but this AtroPhex is really ineffective and overpriced. The active ingredients are so nominal that they cannot have an effect. But there is plenty of caffeine in the pills. You might as well buy 90 Caplets of Jet Alert or No Doz for $5.Product Review: Everything I expected!

These pills are great, they give a great energy boost, especially when you work out. I'm somebody that typically requires some sort of energy boost, and these are awesome. However you can't rely solely on these to cut weight, you must still work out and diet properly, but they do give you a boost that helps. I have been using this product for a few weeks now. I can really tell that my metabolism has been raised and I have energy without any shakes or rapid heart beat. My appetite has not been curbed but I believe that is because my metabolism is working so much better so I just eat smaller portions every few hours like i should be anyway.
