I had the need for a manual cuff since my $100 BP machine was giving many false readings. Trying to find a Manual in a store was virtually imposible. Searching on Amazon found so many BP Cuffs, I was amazed, and at good prices from this company bigflysports. The BP was good quality and works fine, per my wife who is an RN. Best price, so good it caught the attention of a local medical firm I deal with at times. I recommended the site to them. My FREE shipping is an added incentive to shop Amazon.
