I have been using homeopathic products for years with excellent results.
My all-time favorite for muscle pains and also the scrapes, cuts and abrasions is this particular (Boiron) brand of arncia gel.
I have successfully used it for variety of purposes:
- reducing muscle pain
- any muscle swelling or inflammation
- on any bruises, small cuts and scrapes
- I apply it on the bikini area after shaving to eliminate the burning sensation and any red bumps.
As with any homeopathy, there are no side effects and the beneficial results occur naturally, using and amplifying the body's internal mechanisms for self-healing.
All time favorite and very highly recommended!!
