I have to wear an elbow protector every day. I had not seen this type of protector before. I went online to find a "heelbo" and spotted this item along with heelbos on the Amazon website. I find it to be very comfortable since I live in Florida and it is warm. I really like the mesh covering, which allows circulation of air on and around the inside of the elbow, where no covering is needed. The padding on the elbow is very thick, yet the item fits well under long sleeve shirts. I will order this product again.
