I like this particular brand more than the other liquid B complex suppliment brands because I like the flavor better. You may have to try more than one brand before you find one with a flavor that you like. B complex vitamins are not absorbed in the digestive system, so you have a choice... sublingual tablets, sublingual liquid or injections... Me? I choose sublingual liquid.
