Customer Review: Definitely supplements my workouts

I got the product in a short amount of time from the point of purchase,this is my second go around for using this product. I took a 3 month break from using this product after using it for approximately 4 months as was recommended by several fitness websites. Creatine Ethyl Ester is much easier on my stomach, and there is no water retention like monohydrate. Additionally, I can definitely feel the difference when I use this product b/c I consistently get 2-4 more reps per workout when i'm using this product daily vs not using it at all. I wouldn't say my muscles look bigger or more defined/toned, but it is helping me to reach my goals in the gym by giving me that extra boost of energy my muscles would otherwise lack towards the end of a 1 - 2 workout.
For the price, quantity, and ease of use I would recommend this product.
