I tried quite a few other diaper rash creams before settling on this one. DS#1 had a horrible diaper rash and nothing was working. All the other ones I tried seemed to irritate him more and he acted like it burned when I put them on. Finally I tried Aveeno and it worked WONDERS! He didn't squirm or cry when I put it on. I love that it doesn't smell like some of the other products out there, it's nice and thick and covers wonderfully...and it cleans up awesome!! It's not sticky or so thick you feel like you seen a rubber scraper to get it off. Definitely would recommend this productProduct Review: smooth
