I previously used Fructics but my hair gradually grew immune to it, so I decided to try another product. I bought this shampoo based on the reviews on Amazon, and so far I'm satisfied with it. With Avalon, my hair gets back into good shape much faster (several hours compared to 1-2 days with Fructics). I don't even need conditioner for smoothing and shining effects. The only cons is that the bottle and the smell make it more likely a medicine bottle.
