Anyone with a weakened immune system will never forget when they first found Astra 8. After having my sleen removed many years ago, I was constantly sick, catching everything that anyone had anywhere in the vicinity. A friend turned me on to Astra 8 and ever since (knock on wood) I simply do not get sick. If you take it at the first signs of lowered resistance -- i.e. coughing, feeling tired, etc. -- as directed, 3 tablets, 3 times a day, I promise you WILL NOT GET SICK. It has literally changed my life.
