We have purchased three of the "grabbers"...all have been great, except for the same problem. A suction cup comes off, and we are no longer able to use. We have purchased similar item, but with a trigger type handle. It has a different pick-up end, a claw-type. The claw-type picks up small coins, and has more durability. The "Grabber" needs to provide extra suction cup, screw in the packaging, or it needs to provide replacement parts.
