I switched to this toothpaste several years ago at my dentist's suggestion, and I've consistently gotten better scores on my checkups ever since. I was advised to use this toothpaste by my dentist. This was the first time I've used a baking soda based paste and this has proven to be a good choice. It takes a little getting used to, but once you start - you won't stop.
