Cervical Linear Traction Neck Pillow
I happened to come across this product while looking for something else. I have major unfixable problems with my cervical spine and I have vainly bought several neck products that look good but don't work. The bedroom is littered with pillow combinations and products. Much to my surprise, this pillow works great. I no longer wake up in stiffness and pain. It is now my permanent pillow. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

I contacted Amazon via email about their policy on refunds for this item.
They responded with Yes they will refund for it in the 30 day refund time limit. And if you feel the item is not as described (which would be the case if it is not helping you) then the shipping cost is refunded too).
This is their policy for items sold by them or fulfilled by them.
Check the website for this and call or email them.
I could be wrong, but I do not think so.
Amazon has a great refund policy which I have used several times.
And I love their customer service via their toll-free phone number.

I've suffered from two herniated discs in my lower neck since September. Got this a few weeks ago and practically from day one it actually worked. I sleep much more comfortably, even on my side (how do they do THAT?) but especially on my back. And my neck is greatly refreshed in the morning. I'm taking a trip soon, and I am bringing this pillow with me (other things will get tossed out of the luggage if need be ... leaving this behind isn't even an option).Product Review: An excellent choice

I have looked for a replacement for my aging cervical neck pillow for several years. Since these pillows are rather pricey, I wanted to be sure I made the right choice. The first night I tried sleeping on the traction side, but that soon became uncomfortable to me. I switched to the other side, and it was very comfortable. Of course, the cervical pillow was not a new experience for me, so there wasn't much time spent in getting used to it. I am a back sleeper, and even though the advertisement says it can be used by a side sleeper, I don't think it would be very comfortable.
For me, the pillow is very much what I needed and hoped it would be.

No pillow has worked for my husband of many we've tried. He seems pleased with this one. We didn't want to spend any more money on a non-returnable item. He does not wake up with stiff neck. You just have to figure out which direction works for you.
