I started this vitamin, and was on it for several months. I felt the difference in my energy and well being.
When I ran out and went to the store and picked up a good multi-vitamin it just didnt compare to this one. I have compared the label to many other brands, multi-vitamins from cheap to expensive and nothing could come close to having what this vitamin does!
This multi-vitamin is packed with goodness, targeted towards the female. I am now back on this vitamin, which includes many things recommended to me for being hypothyroid and I feel great. My husband takes this one, targeted for the male.
I will never use anything else again!

The gel cap looks a little intimidating, but is really quite easy to swallow. It actually does taste pleasant when you swallow it. It is nice not to have that nasty after taste. Thanks.
