I was looking for a detox plan that wasnt as drastic as the master cleanse or some of the other "liquid only" detox kits. With this product you drink 1 glass in the morning with breakfast and 1 at night with dinner. The initial taste is actually really good, it tastes like the red xxx vitamin water but as soon as you swallow it, it has a strong medicine taste. I have friends that have tried other detox drinks that were disgusting and had the consistency of a thick milk shake, so i must say this one tastes good and you get over the medicine taste fairly quickly. I've also incorporated a strictly all raw fruit and vegetable only diet while on this five day plan.
