Product Review: Don't hold the heat

I bought these for my mom as her feet have poor circulation and are always cold. They were not very successful. The material is a non-stretchy terry cloth, which makes it difficult to remove or put in the "bean bags" and to put them on one's feet. They end up being too big and floppy. They would be far better if made of polar fleece. Also, they didn't stay hot long enough to warm up her feet. She tried them for about a week and put them away. Good idea, could be better execution.Product Review: Great product!

My wife loves these boots! She used them along with the heated neck wrap, and when she doesn't she's relaxed and happy. She looks a little silly because they kind of look like '80s moon boots, but we get a good laugh out of that too.Product Review: Not for the elderly

Bought these for 88 year old mother who gets cold winter feet. Not a good idea, since she was even more unstable with these on her feet than usual. Seller generously allowed a refund in light of the hazard to Mom, although that is not their regular policy. I am so glad I got these things! I have an extra bone in my foot and heel spurs that causes pretty bad foot pain at times but these things are great! I keep them in the freezer all the time and the cool is so refreshing and takes my mind of the pain.
The other reason I like these is that whatever temperature my feet are, that's what my body temp feels like. So in the summer, when I feel hot and can't sleep I put these on my feet and they cool me down. In the winter, I put them in the microwave and they make me feel warm.
They also smell really good.
The only cons is that you can't walk in them and at most they hold the temp for about 30-45 minutes.
I would recommend this product.
Product Review: warm and comfortable booties, but not for walking around the house

I bought these booties for my wife as she loves a similar microwaveable heat-bag. Even though we were aware that the booties are not for walking, my wife made the mistake of walking 2 or 3 steps across the lounge room while wearing them and one of the heat bags broke at the seam. This was easily repaired, but I would recommend that anyone wanting some comfort booties to move around a bit indoors to find a more durable product.
