My Dad saw this and suggested my partner and I try this as we both snore. Because there were 4 sizes in the pack we each found one that worked and it really helps. I think we both get a better night's sleep. I recommend everyone try this for snoring.

I was a little skeptical about any product that can cure snoring, but not anymore--this product works! My wife and I had gotten used to waking up in separate beds as I would leave when awakened by her snoring. It's comfortable, high quality and fits well. In fact, we both use them. The fact that there are multiple sizes and that it's made out of surgical silicone is great. It's soft and it includes a little storage case that lets you put the size tube that you chose into so that you can store it and the silicone won't get dirty, but all four of them won't fit in the case together.
My problem with the nasal airway opener is that it falls out. I wake up in the morning and I have to find it in the sheets. It's good that I'm sleeping and I don't have anyone to be waking up, but it hasn't stopped me from snoring and i'm still not getting enough air when i sleep. Perhaps one could try a larger size, but I cannot. And that's due to the nature of my nasal difficulties. I have a deviated septum from a broken nose years ago and a larger size agravates the very thin skin and causes nose bleeds. Mind you, i get these anyway and in no way shape or form would i say this product will cause your nose to bleed, but since my nose often bleeds anyway, this product was sadly not an ideal fit.
I have yet to successfully try other products, but i hope this information is helpful to you.

'i didn't heed the advice in my title and bought both this and the Snop Snoring Mouthpiece at the same time. it turns out i'm a mouth snorer, so i don't think this helps much. i use the biggest one in my nose, but it still falls out sometimes. it's comfortable to wear, though, but doesn't feel as effective in opening as the strips that go on the bridge of your nose.Product Review: overpriced under performing

tried it even though it is pretty soft material it kept irritating my nose and i felt it was in there even after a day of not using it. Did not do anything for me. at 25$ way overpriced.
