Amazon sent me used clippers when I bought a pair of new ones. Clippers had scratches on them (scratches caused by use, not by shipping) and were all greasy.
Product seems fine, but to my knowledge Amazon doesn't allow seller feedback when it's the seller, so had to use product feedback.

This is a great product: solid, well-made, and works just fine. A highly-recommended clipper. Get the comb set for clipping various lengths. The small tube of clipper oil that is supplied in-the-box with the clipper lasts a long time, so there is no need to purchase a 4 ounce bottle of clipper oil until later.Product Review: Andis Master Clipper

The Andis 01557 clipper is the best I have ever purchased. It replaced a Wahl designer model with a plastic case which became grimy over time. The Andis clipper
runs cool and relatively quiet.

I use these clippers professionally(Barber), these clippers are very effective for fading on the very bottom edge around the back of the neck, or fading in sideburns. Also very awesome when working the final touches on a high bald fade or whitewall. These clippers are fast cutting and very precise, better have a steady hand when using these.
