I didn't notice any benefit using this product and would never purchase it again. Nano Vapor also by MuscleTech is a much better product. I don't know what's in Halo, but you feel cold for several hours after drinking it. It tastes terrible too; like fruit flavored Halls cough drops, with menthol...ECK! I've had a bottle for a year that I haven't been able to finish, because of the taste and the undesired chilling effect.
