I have used Anabolic Halo for a month now. I didn't notice any anabolic effect...I did notice, however, a cathartic effect ( I had to go to the toilet about an hour after I drank the recommended 3 scoops of this product). And let me tell you, gulping 3 scoops of the ungodly chemical tasting formula didn't feel great! And the "cooling technology" thing didn't do jack!!
I wouldn't recommended this to anyone, except for an enemy that is. In fact, stay away from all Muscletech products and their fake hype and "nanomolecular" (yeah right) nutrient delivery technology. Drinking a can of soda would've sufficed in delivering the post-workout nutrients better than Halo.
