These are great for those who need fairly strong support. It turned out I needed less than these provide, but they are excellent quality, fit well, the compression is graduated to provide excellent support, and they launder well.

Our firm compression Coolmax Knee Hi Sock, made from 65% Coolmax, 9% Lycra, and 26% Nylon, gives you a new level of comfort in a support sock, at a terrific price. This sock is ideal for casual wear, as it has medically approved 20-30 support, to aid those aching legs, while it gives the advanced moisture transport of Coolmax, so your feet stay dry and comfortable. It is thicker than a standard nylon/lycra sock, with additional thickness around the entire foot area, giving a new level of comfort in a support sock. Ideal for athletics, walking shoes, golf and any casual or sporting activity.
