I have a sensitive stomach and usually if I eat a lot of protein or anything fried and greasy I end up feeling sick. I have been taking these for a few years and they always do the trick. They get rid of heart burn and upset stomach and they're gentle enough that I give one to my pre-schooler when his tummy hurts. They work quickly and while they are similar to tums, they are not as chalky. The gritty texture of other chewables grosses me out, but for some reason these don't seem gritty to me. I didn't know they sold them on Amazon, so my mom would buy them at her local heath food store by the box because she, my sister and I depend on them so much. Now I can buy them cheaper here. I'll be ordering for sure.
