This BVM is the best for its price. it can becomes smaller and fits in any EMS bag you may have. it comes with an o2 tube so u can hook it right to the bottle. it saves time. have use others but did a "dry run" with it and like a 100% better. i say to be on the safe side buy this and oral airways. if your not train you can do more damage then good.

The Ambu Infant SPUR II Bag Reservoir is a high quality, disposable infant resuscitator. The infant SPUR II (Single Patient Use Resuscitator) is specially designed for manual ventilation in the smallest patients, and it provides an infant-appropriate stroke volume of 150 mL. The SPUR II features numerous details that enhance resuscitation, yet the PVC-material is completely disposable to prevent cross contamination. An override valve system protects the patients lungs from excessive pressure. The thin-walled compression bag is easier to use and more responsive than other models. Includes an infant mask.Features:
