I travel a lot and often suffer from terrible jetlag. I have taken ambien, tylenol pm, advil pm etc and at best still got only a couple of hours sleep. Ambiatol really works because it contains both Valerian and Melatonin. These natural herbs help trick your body into recognizing "nighttime" and help you get to sleep and stay asleep. This is the best I have tried so far. My brother-in-law tipped me off onto this product and boy was he ever right. Best travel sleep ever!Product Review: never took it

I never was able to take this products. upon arrival, firat thing i noticed was that it had am experation date of 04/10. I got great survice and assistance in the returning of it, but didn't choose to reorder it.
