Product Review: Definitely go for the capsules........

Not sure if this has had any major effect on my health, but I am sure that it is not tasty and does not mix well with any liquid. The only way to use it is in a smoothie &, even so, the taste will be altered in an unpleasant way. If you want Acai, I think it might be better to go for the capsules.Product Review: Get Used to It

I tried this product and thought it was horrible - at first. Mixed it with Greek yogurt and almost gagged. Tasted like dried paint. Then I read the serving suggestions and noticed that "a shot" was an option. So, I tried it as a "shot" with a chaser of water. Wasn't too happy with the taste - again, at first. Kept it up as my Rosacia was appearing less and less and my complexion was getting more clear. I am very happy to say that the mask is gone, no more red face, and the taste has gotten to be something I look forward to! (My hairdresser has actually asked for my secret complexion recipe) Amazing. Kind of like going from regular soda to diet. I'm now doing two to three "shots" per day, and my energy is way up, clarity of thought is better, mask is GONE, and I have actually lost a modicum (sp?) of belly fat. Not the amount that the advertisements talk about in the ads, but at least it's gotten me to look less bloated.
Do the shots. So much faster and better. Why mix and dilute? I do recommend this. Nothing worked for me before. I love it!
Product Review: Great product, if you can stand the taste

I have now been taking this Acai powder for almost 3 weeks. I am impressed that it lives up to some of the hype. It's not a miracle weight-loss substance, by any means, but it DOES curb my appetite (impressive since I wasn't eating THAT much before) and helps me avoid my diet pitfalls that come from bad cravings. I suppose that is the reason why I have lost a couple stubborn pounds when previously I was stuck on a plateau. Of course, the appetite control is in addition to the health benefits of its antioxidant value and fiber. Overall, I'd recommend this product and would buy it again myself. The only drawback (and why I didn't give it 5 stars) is the taste - I got one container for me and one for my mom - I don't think it's TOO bad, but Mom can barely swallow it no matter what she tries it in. If you're used to strong-tasting, rather unpleasant natural supplements, it's no worse than others (fish oil, anyone?), but if you're not, I can see where this powder would be almost unusable. So just proceed with caution, and if you're not sure you can handle the unpleasant taste/texture, I'd go with the pill form.Product Review: Great!!!!!

This product is great. 3 days after my first use, I've experience more energy and I sleep better at night. I have constant pain in my legs, back and shoulders and that has also gone away. People these results where in just 3 days of taking the product!!!! Try it you have nothing to loose.
About the flavor. Yes, it's not pleasing but if you mix it with yogurt (I use Activia strawberry flavor) you will not notice the powder is even there.
