This cream is great. My skin is like a lizards from many many years of sun exposure before it became known about the damage to the skin from sun. As a teenage girl, I used to sunbathe swashed down with iodine-tinted babyoil. I was nice and tan and paying the price for it now. I have been applying Amlactin XL to my skin twice a day for three weeks and it's remarkable the improvement in my skin. My dermotologist recommended this to me. It's hard to find and expensive. This is the first time trying this cream...I specifically bought this to treat keratosis pilaris, which it didn't clear it up at all. I think I will stick to kp duty for keratosis pilaris.Product Review: Great product

This is a good cream for those annoying bumps on the backs of the arms, and anywhere else you may get them(usually known as keratosis). It exfoliates the skin. The scent isn't my favorite, but if it works who cares. It is a good alternative to more expensive creams that need to be prescribed by a dermatologist. Needs to be used often and for a few months to see results, however it does work. Make sure you use sunscreen on the areas you put it on, as it has alpha hydroxy which makes the skin more sensitive to a sun burn. In summary if you can't afford a dermatologist this is your next best bet.
