My daughter and I each started taking one pill of Alteril every evening about six months ago. It is a combination of nine beneficial health supplements. It not only made a difference in how well we slept but we had more energy and felt great. My daughter has been taking a perscription sleeping pill for years. However, after taking Alteril she sometimes doesn't even need to take it. She found that amazing. If you're on a limited budget, Alteril can be costly at the local stores. I went online and found Amazon's subscribe and save products. I now subscribe to the 60 count pack and divide it in half with my daughter. I am surprised to read any good reviews on this drug. I normally take prescription sleeping medication and thought it would be good for be to take a natural supplement. About 20 minutes after taking it my heart was beating really fast and I was sweating. An hour after taking it vomiting began. I vomited every 20 minutes for 7 hours. It is now 24 hours after I've taken the drug and I am still in a lot of pain. I believe I pulled a muscle in my stomach from vomiting and the pain is concentrated in my lower back. I am 27, I never have lower back pain. I have never in my life been so sick after taking a medication. I highly recommend staying away from this.
