I have to say that it isn't the most comfortable thing to wear but it is doing the job I got it for. The only problem I have with it is sizing. I measured 41" around the hips so I got the medium, too small. I can just get it around me. I then ordered a large, too big, but at least I was able to cut it and attatch new velcro so it fits right.

This item features dual adjustable compression trusses designed to aid in the relief of inguinal hernias. The pads have unique Velcro (tm) system that allows for a completely customize fit. The 2" elastic waist band is completely adjustable and has a low profile that can be hidden by the waist band of most pants. The leg straps are made from soft Super Stretch Spandex that is covered with high end nylon for true comfort. The item is lightweight and discrete.
