I think this has all the right ingredients. But it's bitter as heck and really hard to take the two tablespoons. I did finish it eventually but now I'm using Aloe Life's Stomach Aloe formula which is much more agreeable(not awesome) and just as effective. I also found that this formula made it harder on my GERD symptoms (burning sensation).
