Product Review: CHARGED, BUT NEVER RECEIVED

I cannot believe you requested a review from me after the "Hellacious Experience" you put me through. My monies were grabbed from my account immediately on 3/16/10. I was then told the delivery would be 3/22/10, which, on previous orders was about right. Then, on 3/22/10, when I inquired where my delivery was...they said it would be delivered on 3/29/10. Again. in attempting to follow the tracking...there was no information.I called on numerous occasions and got the same "canned" responses...no assistance. I called the post office, where they said it was delivered, and no package had arrived by the FedEx contractor who normally brings the Amazon deliveries. Again...my 10th call and countless email inquiries...finally someone helped..Jean. She said the company did not have the product...it was on backorder...I asked why the lies...she did not respond, but did say that she would return the monies to my account. I asked her why a company that calls itself "Number One Customer Centric" lied so intently...she did not respond, but to say I'm sorry...and I did believe her because she was the only one, out of countless, that helped.
A SIGN OF THE TIMES...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am starting to believe that the alli i purchased through Bargain OTC is counterfeit. It is not working the same as the Alli I purchased through the drug store and Amazon, LLC as a vendor. Anyone else notice this? I will be in contact with both bargain otc and Alli customer hotline to get to the bottom of this.Product Review: Doesnt seem to be working

I have been using Alli for over 4-5 months now, but this batch of Alli doesnt seem to have the same effect. Not sure what it is but i definately can tell its not having the same effect, i've purchased Alli from other vendors before and never had a problem.Product Review: FANTABULOUS!!!!! :)

This medication has helped me in ways I never thought possible. I am Crippled and I cannot excercise. I do Diet and use ALLI and it is great. I have lost 42 Pounds in 8 weeks and I am very proud of myself and of ALLI. Trust me If you want to lose weight while dieting to remove the extra fat that you ingest than trust me use ALLI.Product Review: Good for several reasons!
