No loss of weight.
I exersize regularly & walk every day to and from work and everywhere I go.
I eat a well balanced, high fiber, nutritious diet & still experienced the disgusting side effects that comes w/this product.

An effective tool for getting some of the fat out of your diet. The product works as stated, both good and bad. I kind of like to think of it as anabuse for people with high-fat diets. If you exceed the recommended dose of fat in a meal, you will see the "side effects", which although they were unpleasant, were not as dramatic as I had feared. It is definitely helping me lose some weight, and very much deterring me from eating a high-fat meal.Product Review: Alli experience

I have discontinued use of this product because of the extreme change in bowel movement. If I wanted continual loose stools I could take a cheap laxitive. Big hipe poor product!!!Product Review: Alli is great !!!

It helps even without exercise. After a car accident I had to loose the weight, but with a foot and back injury I couldn't exercise. This product really helped. In 5 weeks, I lost 15lbs without restrictions on food and no exercising, not at all.
