Product Review: A Little Motivation Please...
Summary: 5 Stars

When I started this product, I didn't have a lot of weight to lose. I just needed that extra little boost of motivation that the product gave me. It forces you to eat well. Which isn't a bad thing! I have never eaten so well in my life! Although the motivation the product uses isn't great (treatment effects), it does work. The only time I ever had treatment effects is if I chose to eat bad. It usually takes a few days to kick in but when it does happen, you know it is because you ate chicken wings a few days earlier. Between the new and improved diet and the pill, I have lost weight for the first time in years. AND, I feel better. Your body will thank you for not shoving down french fries and fast food!

Product Review: A Lot of Pain, No Gain
Summary: 1 Stars

I was intrigued by the prospects of Alli. Isn't it wonderful? Just take a pill and you will lose weight and look great! It sounds too good to be true and unfortunately upon further research, I discovered it is.
First of all, people lose very little weight. I found out that Alli is not a new product at all. It has been around for long time and sold by prescription. Then Roche sold the pattern to GlaxoSmithKline. Glaxo repackaged it, gave it a new name and started selling it as the new wonder drug Alli. This raised my first red flag. If the drug really worked, why would Roche sell the golden hen to Glaxo? I quickly found the answers right in the company brochure. It only blocks 25% of the fats!
You can achieve this only by skipping snacks or avoiding sodas! To mask the impotency of the drug Glaxo instructs to have a healthy diet and exercise. If the drug doesn't work, you do not follow the instructions! If it works, most of the benefit may be coming from your new diet and exercise any way. Very clever!
Second of all, I am really concerned about the health risks associated with the drug. In addition to the inconvenient and embarrassing well-documented side effects, I am worried that there are other long-term, more damaging risks which will start to emerge. I know that the drug was FDA approved but so was Vioxx, Ephedra and other drugs dangerous drugs. After all, this is unnatural, chemical way to lose weight. I will not be surprised if the concerns that it may cause cancer or other serious illnesses may turn to be true. I refuse to be the testing mice! I would rather go with a safer, common sense diet plan like Weight Watchers or Nutrisystem.
In summary, I found that Alli is a marketing product which plays perfectly to fast gain, no pain customers. However, after I took a careful second look I saw a lot of pain and no gain.

Product Review: ALli review
Summary: 5 Stars

This product works exactly as the advertising states it does. However, when you first start taking it, don't plan any long road trips because you need a nearby bathroom. I am serious about this! I am trying to lose that last 15 pounds and since I started taking this product, I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. It is not an instant fix, but combined with a proper diet and exercise it helps the pounds melt off. I only take capsules with lunch and dinner and do not take them every day because I noticed they did not seem to be working if taken every day. Also, DO NOT use this product to compensate for eating something like wings or a "bloomin' onion" because you will have pure oil coming out of your backside and an upset stomache for hours. I would recommend Alli to be used as part of a weight loss and fitness program.

Product Review: Add fiber and relax
Summary: 5 Stars

I read the instruction and then broke every rule they had. I finally got someplace comfortable with 1 capsule with lunch and 1 with dinner unless it was a really small meal. Then I skipped the capsule. I added 2tbs of ground psyllium fiber in the a.m. and again in the p.m. With that oil sloshing around in the GI track things dont get congested, in fact they move right along too quickly sometimes. The fiber absorbed the oil and helps bulk things up a lot.

Product Review: Alli
Summary: 4 Stars

I have used this product for 2 years and it has helped me to lose close to 70 pounds. If you eat too much fat--watch out--this pill keeps you watching your fat intake! I am a little worried about the medical information that indicates that Alli may cause liver damage.
