I'm not one to leave reviews for products... but I definitely thought this one deserved it!
I'm a 22yr old female. I started taking Alli 2 wks ago and my starting weight was 238lbs and I am 5'4". Today I am weighing in at 223lbs, so I've already lost 15lbs :) I have NOT exercised, but simply the fact that I'm not allowed to eat over 15grams of fat per meal is enough to make my weight significantly drop I think. I've also cut my calorie intake to 1200 cal a day which I'm sure makes a huge difference.
I've had no symptoms except for once. But that was my fault. Stupid me I took a pill anyways even though I knew I was going to splurge. It was my best friends birthday and we went to a mexican joint called Margaritas... I ate a steak burrito only to find out later that meal had been 103 GRAMS OF FAT. Well let me just tell you that 4am that morning I woke up with the most awful pains I have ever felt and did nothing but spill out oil and cry in abdominal cramp pain. It was *really* bad, no exagerration.
So, all in all... I think this pill is meant for people who are very overweight, not someone looking to only lose 5-20lbs or anything. I also think if you're not ready to change your eating habits this pill is not for you. Follow the instructions and eat well and you will lose weight!
